Services Offered<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Bayoya\u2019s Fresh Coat provides a variety of painting and renovation services, including but not limited to:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Interior and exterior painting<\/li>\r\n<li>Color consultations<\/li>\r\n<li>Wallpaper removal<\/li>\r\n<li>Drywall repair<\/li>\r\n<li>Cabinet refinishing<\/li>\r\n<li>Minor remodeling projects<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Our services are available to residential homeowners, property managers, real estate agents, and businesses within the Jacksonville region. Please note that our offerings may vary based on location, project type, and service availability.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>2. Estimates and Quotes<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Upon request, we will provide an initial estimate based on the project details shared by the client. This estimate may vary after an in-person consultation.<\/li>\r\n<li>Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, Bayoya\u2019s Fresh Coat reserves the right to modify the quoted price based on current rates and availability.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>3. Project Scheduling and Completion<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon with each client. While we make every effort to adhere to scheduled completion dates, delays may occur due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.<\/li>\r\n<li>Bayoya\u2019s Fresh Coat is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>4. Payments and Deposits<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>A deposit may be required to secure your project on our schedule. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Bayoya\u2019s Fresh Coat offers a [specify warranty period, if applicable] warranty on workmanship for all painting services.
