Bayoyas Fresh Coat Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Bayoyas Fresh Coat Referral Program. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these Referral Terms carefully, and contact us with any questions.

1. Eligibility

• To participate in the Referral Program, you must be a current customer of Bayoyas Fresh Coat.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2. How the Referral Program Works

• Referrers can refer potential customers (Referred Customers) to Bayoyas Fresh Coat.
• To qualify for a reward, the Referred Customer must schedule and complete a painting or renovation service with Bayoyas Fresh Coat and mention the referral source during booking.

3. Rewards

• Referrers will receive a reward (such as a discount on future services, cash rebate, or gift card) for each successful referral that results in a completed service.
• The specific reward details, including the amount or type of reward, will be provided to the Referrer at the time of the referral and can vary by promotion.
• Rewards may be subject to minimum service amounts and may be paid out after the completion of the referred service.

4. Limitations

• Referrals must be legitimate and not self-referrals. A Referrer cannot refer themselves, nor can referrals be made to individuals who are already existing customers of Bayoyas Fresh Coat.
• Bayoyas Fresh Coat reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the referral and to deny rewards if there is any suspicion of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Referral Terms.

5. Referral Incentive Program

• Bayoyas Fresh Coat will incentivize any individual for each completed project resulting from a successful referral. It is important that the Referred Customer mentions the referral when scheduling or booking the service to ensure proper reward allocation.
• Once a referral is made, it cannot be changed or modified.

6. Modifications and Cancellations

• Bayoyas Fresh Coat reserves the right to modify or cancel the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to the Referral Program will be posted on our website and will apply to all future referrals.

7. Liability Limitation

• Bayoyas Fresh Coat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Referral Program or the use of rewards.
• Participants are responsible for reviewing these Referral Terms prior to participating in the Referral Program. By participating, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Referral Terms.

8. Governing Law

• These Referral Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
