1. Services Offered

Bayoya’s Fresh Coat provides a variety of painting and renovation services, including but not limited to:

  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Color consultations
  • Wallpaper removal
  • Drywall repair
  • Cabinet refinishing
  • Minor remodeling projects

Our services are available to residential homeowners, property managers, real estate agents, and businesses within the Jacksonville region. Please note that our offerings may vary based on location, project type, and service availability.

2. Estimates and Quotes

  • Upon request, we will provide an initial estimate based on the project details shared by the client. This estimate may vary after an in-person consultation.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, Bayoya’s Fresh Coat reserves the right to modify the quoted price based on current rates and availability.

3. Project Scheduling and Completion

  • Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon with each client. While we make every effort to adhere to scheduled completion dates, delays may occur due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Bayoya’s Fresh Coat is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

4. Payments and Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your project on our schedule. Full payment terms, including deposit amounts, will be outlined in the project agreement.
  • Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise specified in the contract.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule or cancel a project by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a forfeiture of any deposit paid, as outlined in the project agreement.

6. Property Access and Preparation

  • Clients are responsible for providing Bayoya’s Fresh Coat with access to the property for project work. Any delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to prepare the work area by removing fragile or valuable items, unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Bayoya’s Fresh Coat offers a [specify warranty period, if applicable] warranty on workmanship for all painting services. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and does not extend to normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or issues arising from external conditions.
